Cottage #1, at 6714 Elm Beach Road, Ovid NY, is a private setting, on a bank on the edge of host's woodlot. The screened-in porch overlooks the host's two seasonal cottages directly across the road on Elm Beach. Cottage #2 is to the right/north of this cottage. Each cottage has its own separate parking, stairs and entranceway. The property is at the middle of Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with level beach frontage, fine gravel, well away from State Route 89 traffic.
