Located in a quiet residential area of the south island, min. from the village, close enough to be convenient but just far enough to be quiet and secluded . Three bicycles (free) and two hammocks as well as a charcoal BBQ. (you buy the charcoal) . The house has TV with cable and free Wi-Fi . Lots of fans to keep cool!

It is the only rental on the property in a very private and quiet neighborhood - only minutes (5) ride to town. There is a restaurant right across the way for breakfast and dinner and another restaurant close by. The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator.
