✨ Hi, I’m Tea a ski lover from Tbilisi. Owning an apartment in Gudauri has been my dream for a long time, and now it’s come true! This is my very first place in New Gudauri. I put a lot of love and effort into renovating and designing every detail to create a cozy, unique atmosphere. LOFT #2 With Terrace And Amazing View In Old Town

Enjoy your stay in the hottest spot of Tbilisi, surrounded with 5 star hotels: Biltmore, Radisson, Stamba and Rooms and just steps away from Rustaveli metro station and all the main attractions. You'll be staying in one of two vintage lofts with terraces and amazing views located on the top floor of a 1930's stone built building. Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of sunshine, natural light and beautiful views from every room, but there are also heavy curtains for daytime dreamers:)

D&N - Apartment near Conservatory, Old Tbilisi

This is a comfortable renovated apartment with exposed brick that has a true Tbilisi feeling. This studio has a transparent bathroom with modern bathtub, king size bed, Chesterfield sofa and etc. The Space (78 sq.m) fits 2 & is located on Old Tbilisi district, on parallel street of main avenue of Georgia Shota Rustaveli Ave. High speed WIFI Internet & IPTV is provided free of charge. Apartment is also well located for transport Metro Freedom Square & Rustaveli stations are walk distance.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic district, on a very beautiful old street. You will stay in a quiet, typical Georgian courtyard and can enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. You will receive detailed instructions the day before your arrival, making check-in smooth and easy. I hope you will enjoy your stay.

This Cabin is unique, all handmade by me. It is located in small forest around you many trees and everything is green. You will have lot of space and yard with outdoor gazebo. This place is quietest area in the city. Cabin is made from natural materials, wood, steel, brick, glass. All cabin, furniture, lights, interiors accessories is handmade. No sound will disturb you. Me and my family will host you and help with everything what you want. Cabin is located from city center 1.5 KM.
