The apartment in a art nouveau villa in the center of Bologna, between two of the main historic streets of the center. You will be a 500 meters from Giardini Margherita park, a 5 minute walk to the Church of Santa Maria dei Servi, an 8 minute walk to Piazza Santo Stefano, a 10 minute walk to Two Towers, a 4 minute walk (300 meters) to Sant’Orsola hospital. The house is inside the old walls of the city on a quiet residential street, but close to all the sights and many important bus lines.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Il bagno è stato completamente rinnovato e dispone di una splendida cabina doccia. A due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Rastignano dalla quale si raggiunge facilmente il centro città e la fiera (fermate Bo centrale e Bo San Vitale) ma anche Firenze con treni regionali.
