Welcome to the Howell’s cabin ! A beautiful and peaceful lake house in the heart of Maine. Located just 5 minutes from Mt Abrahm ‘s ski area , 20 minutes from Sunday River Ski Center, and 15 minutes from Bethel, a charmy town with great restaurants and unique attractions. This has been our family getaway for nearly 40 years. Recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom, heating/ AC system, Wi-Fi and a nice deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Cozy chalet right on Lake Christopher (aka Bryant Pond), 15 mins to Bethel, 20 mins to Sunday River, 12 mins to Mt Abram, 30 mins to Grafton Notch State Park, 1 hour 15 mins to Portland. Clear swimming water, surrounded by excellent hiking, skiing/snowboarding/XC skiing, hunting, fishing, rock climbing, kayaking, more! Kid friendly (we have toddler essentials), but not kid-proof (please use your parental discretion!) Kayaks/SUP board included with rental. July/Aug: Weekly Sat to Sat only.

Must bring Bathing & hot tub towels We will supply everything else. ALL Major 3 day holiday weekends is a min of 3 nights!! Now close to the new Mt Washington Recreation Path. Country setting, quiet, three bedroom home close to village. All major ski resorts are minutes away. Hiking paths as well as TAX FREE OUTLETS. Brand new hot tub and wood stove works, wood is mostly supplied Storyland and Santa's village is also minutes away. Great country feeling in a good location.

Great get away spot,historic home in Kennebunkport

Located 1.8 mi-dock square, 2.6 mi- Colony Beach, .7 mi -Cape Arundel Golf Course. Plenty of onsite parking, beach pass provided for Kbunk Beaches, a large back yard for fun and relaxation. Just on the outside of town in a country setting. Comfortable setting for relaxation. This is a daily reservation from Oct.1st-June. I love to make sure my guests have as much fun as they can while they are visiting and will help out in anyway possible. No dogs of any kind are allowed

The Farmhouse at The Cross Farm

1910s farmhouse less than a mile from Mt. Abram main lodge, and 6 miles from Bethel and Sunday river. 3 private bedrooms sleep 6, with one full bath on the first floor and a small half bath on the 2nd floor. Large living room, large kitchen with dining area, deck has outdoor dining area with gas grill and there is a full laundry room. Access to 80 acres (for walking and biking, but no motorized off-road vehicles are allowed) and approved pets are welcome!

Happy Hours, a quaint and fun home with large yard

Your family will be within walking distance to everything when you stay in our home. There is a large grassy yard which has a play set and area for a bonfire. Screened in front porch and outdoor dining area. Entertainment room in the garage with tv, ping pong table and bar. Outdoor cold water shower. This is a kid friendly home with a packnplay, high chair, games and gates for stairs. Portable a/c in all bedrooms. Plenty of on-site parking.

Quiet cozy cottage close to restaurants, beach

Winter-wonderland, close to skiing and a walk from great dining. In the summer, enjoy the quiet backyard or walk to the beach! No need to find parking, my place is 3/10 of a mile from downtown Kennebunkport and 7/10 of a mile to Gooch's Beach. You will love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, and the location. My place is good for couples. It has a tempurpedic king-sized bed and a queen sized pull out bed in the living room.
