Equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, washer dryer, television and internet access, you'll enjoy all the comforts of home. The open living space is equally suited to both small and large parties. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. NO WIFI, we do have DISH television. Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution. ** Ask about our "Tread Lightly" trail rides.

Cook in the full kitchen with a coffee bar, enjoy the deck to watch the stars or the animals play (Fiona the Great Pyrenees lives with her goats nearby & you may have visits from the friendliest beagle, Bella), or enjoy the fire-pit in the courtyard. We're far enough from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough for all things Eureka Springs/Branson has to offer. Let us be the reason you come each year!
