A beautiful cottage with a private with large dining and outdoor entertaining space perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Walking distance to some of Newcastle's best dining and drinking destinations and only a few kilometres to Newcastle Beach. No garage or driveway On-street only

Selby Lakeside Cottage

This 2 bedroom cottage is a true holiday house. With beautiful views of the lake and beaches which allow the family pet within a five minute drive, water activities for all are a must. The property has a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard. Please note I do charge $10 per pet per night refer to house rules.

Spa in the valley.

This is a newly built house about 8 minutes walk to heart of town and a ten minute drive to the vineyards. Most tours will pick you up from the house. Spend a day touring the vineyards then sampling wines in the outdoor spa. Please remember this is a suburban area so no loud music or party’s. Please not due to previous problems I will be unlikely to allow groups in their 20s
