Our newly converted apartment is a self contained unit with an open plan Kitchen, Living and bedroom area. It has a cosy yet spacious feel to it, where you can relax and unwind. The sleeping area has a double bed and also a small sofa bed ( suitable for a child if required ). It also has a sizeable decking for outdoor dining. It is adjacent to our home with its own private entrance.

Deck exclusively for guest use. The Studio has underfloor heating, hob and microwave, no oven.

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. You will need a car. Suitable for two adults and one small to medium size dog. There is a 25 euro fee for the dog whether you stay for one day or more. Beaches, walks and Waterford city are a 10/15 min drive. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own private garden.
