Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

La Perla della Drava - upper floor

The house, part of La Perla Apartments, offers great space for families or groups and is convenient to the Drava cycle path and numerous hiking trails. It is located in the quiet village of Steinfeld, which offers essential services. Just a few kilometres away is the Badesee bathing lake with its well-equipped beach and paragliding landing field; we are just a few minutes' drive from Carinthia's best ski carousels. A few kilometres away is the Weissensee, famous for ice skating.

Knusperhäuschen in Seenähe - Ganzjahresparadies

You rent a small but charming detached house with balcony, terrace and small garden, only 8 minutes walk from the lido Faak/See. To the north, from the terrace, you have a clear view of the Gerlitze skiing area, to the south, from the balcony, you can see "our local mountain" Mittagskogel. Faak am See is only a 10-minute drive from the Villach traffic hub. In summer, this region offers countless opportunities for swimming and hiking, and in winter, skiing in the border triangle.

Paal 144a ski chalet

Our ski chalet is close to The Austrian Alps which means we are near several major ski resorts the nearest being the kreischberg ski resort, just a 7 minute drive away. The chalet is clean and modern and has everything you would need for a self catering holiday with the luxury of a family sauna. The chalet is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Please note there are extra charges for cleaning to be paid locally, see house rules below.

Holiday Apartment Reisseck

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our fully self-contained, self-catering apartment which sleeps 4-6 people. The accommodation comprises, private entrance, entrance lobby, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, one bedroom with custom fitted bunk beds, comfortable lounge with double sofa bed and satellite TV, kitchen/diner with traditional Austrian dining unit, full oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, family bathroom.

Schönes eingezäuntes Ferienhaus mit Holz und Galerie. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (1 mit Whirlwanne), Sauna, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Balkon/Terrasse, Bergblick. Wandern, Mountainbike, Skifahren u. Snowboarden, Golfplatz 2 km. Das Haus befindet sich am Schlöglbergweg. Über diesen Weg erreicht man nach 300 m die Skipiste . Die herrlichen Wanderwege findest Du direkt vor der Haustüre.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von See, Bergen, Wald, Almen, Wanderwegen, und einem Skigebiet. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit tollem Ausblick auf See und Berge, dem großen Garten mit Gartenhäuschen dem hauseigenen Strand. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Familien (mit kindern) und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere) sind auch immer gerne gesehen.
