Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

The Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is quiet. It's on the ground floor of our home and is well equipped with a queen size, comfortable bed and a couch. You can cook small meals in the Kitchenette. It's the main area you get when booking for 2 people. The Bluebird Suite is available for extra guests. Double bed and a couch. The shower and toilet are between the two aforementioned rooms. There is a washing machine and dryer. Park your car and explore Sydney by bus and train or drive 10 mins to Cronulla Beach.

Bedrock

The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. No Kitchen We live in the same house on the property. Guests have their own access and covered parking on the driveway. Pet car

This South Cronulla private tiny studio is a short stroll to the stunning local Beaches, Gunnamatta Bay, Restaurants and Cafes , Train station, Ferry Port and Busses. This studio is perfect for singles, couples and business travellers, its great for a single night or a long stay. It has one queen size bed , full cooking facilities , Tea/Coffee, Fridge and Washing Machine a. You also have a private courtyard. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

This 1 bedroom apartment has an open plan living space with a private terrace and front balcony to enjoy the amazing sunsets. 10 minute walk from Cronulla shops where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, dining and lifestyle options.
