This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. From our decks overlooking the Delaware Bay enjoy the best Sunsets this side of Key West along with occasional Dolphins, Bald Eagles and a large variety of migrating birds. Take long walks on the beach relaxing to the sound of the waves and seagulls. Enjoy not only the bay but also all the wildlife activity in the dunes right in front of the house. Located just 15 minutes to Historic Downtown Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk. Best of all there are THREE ice cream shops nearby!

You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.

From kitchen to beach toys, the house is well equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible!
