Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of this modern beach house. Designed and built by my husband and myself, the Surf Bug features handcrafted details including cypress trim, hardwood floors, butcher block countertops, and a custom tile shower. We encourage you to kick off your shoes, unplug, and walk down to the beach—just a three-minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.

The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Welcome to Green Gates! This light and airy space is designed with peace and recharge in mind! This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Sleep well in a cozy king bed wake up and enjoy your coffee on a tucked-away patio. This charming cottage located steps from the ocean is loaded with character, originally built to be a diner in 1948 it has been renovated into a charming rental for you to enjoy! This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
