Welcome to Knockmore's Lakeside cabins, number 1 and 2 ! Enjoy private 2 bedroom cabin living alongside the calming waters of the Bras d'Or Lakes. Built in 2019, Knockmore's Lakeside 1 offers clean, modern appeal in an airy, open concept layout. So popular was Lakeside 1, in 2024, we openeded Lakeside 2, almost identical and about 100 feet away from its sister cabin, it, too, offers a wonderful covered porch overlooking the Bra d'Or lakes. Reservations are currently available for 2+ nights.

2 bedroom cottage on the Mira River Cottages property. Open concept living area and kitchen. 2 single beds in each bedroom, and futon which can sleep 1 or 2 persons. Less than 30 mins to Sydney, 17 mins to the Wildlife Park, and 45 mins to the Fortress of Louisbourg. And with a short walk from the cottage you will be greeted with the breathtaking view of the Mira River. We welcome you all year round where you can enjoy the 4 seasons of Cape Breton. Mine is a great spot to chill out and enjoy nature. Swimming, kayaks & SUPs. Baddeck, where it all begins and ends...Get looped on the Cabot Trail!

Woodsy Cabin on the Bras d'Or

Beautiful, rustic cabin sits cozily surrounded by woodlands. This one room retreat boasts a south west vista of the Bras d'Or Lake, includes a veranda with gorgeous sunsets, king size bed and access to the beach. It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect. Kayaks are available to use at your own risk, with life jackets, and if you are experienced in paddling.

Clam digger is a lovely one bedroom Glamping cabin

These are Glamping cabins on 10 acre lot. They are for adventurers and cost savings . No power or water in cabins, bring your own bedding pillows and towels. Directly on Atlantic seaboard facing east , for early morning sun . Each cabin has a private deck and a picnic table . Some are 2 beds some have one bunk bed and some with sofas. Each cabin offers a peaceful quiet rest for travelers , or a community firepit for night time. Wifi in main building only
