This cute and spacious basement has been completely remodeled and uniquely designed to host many walks of life. The original house was built in 1919 which is considered a historical part of Nampa, Idaho. It offers the “Idahome” experience being centralized to the old and newer parts of the city. Just three blocks from Northwest Nazarene University and less than 15 minutes to downtown Nampa or the freeway. Convenience store and Family Dollar is within a 5 minute walking distance.

This listing is hosted, owned, and cleaned by local Idaho natives. The property is only 5 minutes from the freeway in the heart of the Treasure Valley. Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We're located 2 blocks from NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84. Everything you need within an arm's reach! Come visit and make yourself at home!

Cottage on the Snake River

We are at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and homey. Lots of space to walk around. We have a pond near by that is full of wildlife. The house has a water softener/filter so the water feels slick on your skin. Also, the water has a sulfur smell to it so we provide bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have the water tested and it is safe. it just has a slight smell.

This beautiful newer home is the perfect oasis for all families. Equipped with everything needed to travel with little ones and adults, this home truly is a breath of fresh air. It is located on the border of Nampa and Caldwell and tucked in a quite cul-de-sac. There are a few walking paths and parks nearby and the playground is located in the backyard! This house is the place to relax and feel at home.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
