Welcome to your home away from home. This 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is located in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood just 20 minutes from downtown Columbus. There is a large well-equipped kitchen but the house is also conveniently located to many different restaurants. This cottage is located on a wooded 15 acre private secluded estate. Plenty of wildlife and deer abound with a pond. It is located 35 minutes to downtown columbus and 35 minutes to hocking hills and Old mans cave area. It is adjacent to the main house (approx 100’) but guests have access to the property. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, closet, dresser, full bath with shower. There is a full size sofa bed in the living room that can be used if needed.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix. Cute 2 bedroom over a 3 car garage in a quiet, tree surrounded 1 acre setting. Groveport is a typical, small town with 2 pizza places and a tavern. Mostly, it is quiet and serene at the end of the street without traffic. ABSOLUTELY NO VAPING OR SMOKING INSIDE. The deck and stairs outside and the whole yard can be used for smoking and there’s a table and chairs out back.ash tray provided.
