The property has a private sandy beach on the Shushwap River, just steps away from your private patio and hot tub. Breakfast service is available for an additional $20/person per day.

Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Artfully crafted cabin beside a small pond in the forest. Wake up to soft forest light and singing birds. The enclosed porch features huge windows that can be fully opened for an outside feel. The property is lakefront and guests have access to a small non motor lake where they can paddle, float and swim. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks, surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and lots of outdoor activities.
