Rare for this area of Calgary - assigned, secure, heated, underground parking is included. This cozy apartment is a quiet, little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Calgary. It’s a carefully-considered space with modern furnishings, hardwood floors, and a south-facing balcony with ample natural light. You'll get to stay in one of Calgary's hottest neighbourhoods, 4th street/Mission/Cliff Bungalow, with a walking score of 95 (yes, you read that correctly!) Anything you need is just a few steps away from your home away from home. 17th ave is just around the corner and it's and within walking distance to the downtown core. Nearby amenities include shopping, groceries, a doctors office, nail salon, hair salon, barber, dentists, optometrists, banking, coffee shops, and the best restaurants in the city. Want to work up a sweat? The Elbow river path system is just down the street. You’ll find yourself connected to one of the most extensive urban pathway and bikeway networks in North America, which makes for endless opportunities to run or go for a beautiful nature walk! If the outdoors aren’t your thing, you can find a yoga studio, spin studio, and a barre studio down the street; Repsol Sport Centre and Goodlife Fitness are also a 10-15 minute walk away. This apartment is perfect for people just visiting Calgary, business travellers, and couples on a getaway. It accommodates 2 people comfortably. The 4th street-Mission-Cliff Bungalow area is one of Calgary's most vibrant neighbourhoods. With a walking score of 95 (yes, you read that correctly!) anything you need is just a few steps away from your home away from home. Cafes, restaurants, galleries, business services, yoga and exercise studios - what’s not to love? This amazing neighbourhood has it all. Seven major busses serve Urban Street within a one minute walk. The C-Train is a twelve minute walk. The Stampede is fifteen minutes by foot, 4 by car. 1. No smoking in the unit or balcony or building. This includes e-cigarettes, vapes etc. See House Rules for additional costs for smoking. 2. No partying in the unit. This is a shared building, noise violations are in effect at all times. Urban Street is in the heart of the action, please enjoy but leave the party outside! 3. Please turn off all the lights before you leave the apartment 4. If you lose the key or key fob, there will be a $100 charge to replace it. 5. Pets - we love pets and all animals but unfortunately can not host pets in the apartment. The building, however, does accept pets, so you may meet puppies in the elevator or the halls. 6. The apartment has a small Euro-type washer/dryer. If you require a larger/faster wash and dry the building has commercial pay machines.

Unwind on the Private Terrace of a Downtown Oasis
Soak up the sun or share pre-dinner drinks with friends on the 1,000 square foot terrace and take in 270-degree views of downtown. Hotel-style safes, Missoni cushions and modern artwork add a touch of luxury to this condo. Everything about this space is custom and top of the line. Furnished with high end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin De Ville... Missoni pillows… fascinating art...upscale linens from Sferra and Abyss...Stainless steel backsplash in the kitchen… Electric blinds in every room...High Def OLED Smart TV's everywhere and Sonos Sound system for indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. Our 1000 Square Foot terrace is very unique for a downtown location. You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. It's great for sunbathing and some pre-dinner drinks and conversation, or even an intimate catered dinner party. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security. Upon arrival, you will generally find fresh flowers, coffee, tea, cream, milk, some juice and beer and a bottle of sparkling wine, plus my favourite Lindt chocolate bar :) Please let me know if you require any additional items prior to your stay and I will do my best to accommodate. There are 3 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds. Each of the first two have their own ensuite bathroom + the custom wall to wall cozier 3rd bedroom has a curved OLED High Def TV. There is an available roll-away bed for groups of 7 people, though the 7th person will be in the living area. Each bedroom comes equipped with their own private hotel style safe. There are 3 bathrooms in total. The first has a tub/shower, the second a marble shower and the third is a two piece bathroom. Toiletries are provided. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is also a Reverse Osmosis water filter with it's own tap at the kitchen sink. If you're a coffee lover, you're really going to enjoy our coffee selection. If needed, parking is in our own private spot off the elevators and is included at no extra charge. Lastly, please note that our spectacular and cozy sister property is right next door with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps five and also boasts a south view with another 1,000 foot terrace. Together, we can accommodate up to 12 guests. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Access of the gym and outdoor space with BBQ is included. (6th floor) Note: If for some reason we cannot meet and greet you upon your arrival, we will send you the lock-box instructions. You can call us at any time for help. The western end of Queen is best known as a centre for Canadian broadcasting, music, fashion, performance, and the visual arts. Chinatown is just a few blocks away for an after-club meal. Famous Queen Street West is just a block away for shopping. Public transit is closeby... streetcars on Queen Street and King Street, plus the Osgoode Subway station is just a short 2 minute walk. Both Union Station (train) and The Bus Terminal are just a 10 minute walk, Billy Bishop (Island Airport) is 10 minute taxi ride away and Pearson Airport can be reached by taxi or by the UP express train from Union Station. Please adhere to the following; No more than 7 sleeping in the suite ...no more than 10 in the suite or on the terrace. There have been numerous noise complaints and management have told us that evictions and $500.00 fines are coming our way for any guests that are loud. We have no say once security gets involved. NO loud music NO parties. NO events without prior written consent. NO smoking indoors (balcony only) Please be respectful of your surroundings and the neighbours. The majority of the people who live in the building are full-time residents who go to work and don't want to have to deal with excessive noise and problems. Artful Canal/Glebe Loft | Sunny, Scenic & Central
Lean back on a leather chaise sofa and be submerged in daylight from a set of corner windows in this hip apartment. Fix a cup of coffee in a warm kitchen, walk across light wood floors, and step out onto the balcony for fresh air and lovely views. Amazing views of the Canal, Bank Street bridge, Lansdowne Park and Old Ottawa South. Bright, modern condo with extra space created with a 'murphy bed' style bedroom, stylishly camouflaged. Cool kitchen & custom table to people watch on the street below, coffee in hand. Equipped with apple tv. in cozy lvng rm area, sorry no cable, hate commercials. The balcony is a sweet place to sit and enjoy a moment with a great view of the neighbourhood. Full access. The building itself has no amenities inside. No laundry services available on site. The apartment is located beside Lansdowne Park, facing the Canal and Bank Street Bridge. It sits between Old Ottawa South and The Glebe, surrounded by idyllic homes, quiet streets, parks, and ponds. Restaurants, shops, and bars are just steps away. Bus stop is directly in front of building and is a10 min ride to the Byward Market. Best way to get around is ice skating 100 meters away or bicycle anywhere for summer, you are in the best part of town and within easy striking distance to whatever neighborhood your travels take you to. The city has convenient bike rental kiosks set up in key locations. I don't have a dedicated parking space on site. There are 2 on site visitor parking spaces that are available on a first come first serve basis. If neither spot is available grab a street spot (it’s free but has a 2 hour time limit during the day from 7am-11pm, and no time limits overnight) and keep an eye on visitor spots as they come available many times a day. If you don't want to play that game you can use the under ground parking lot across the street and pay the daily rate which I believe is about $20. -There are black out shades in bedroom area but it gets bright in the morning if the sun is out so if you are the kind of person that requires complete darkness to sleep stay away. -I don't have a dedicated parking space on site. There are 2 visitor parking spaces that are available on a first come first serve basis. If neither spot is available grab a free street spot (2 hour time limits during the day from 7am-11pm, no time limits overnight) and keep an eye on visitor spots as they come available many times a day. If you don't want to play that game you can use the under ground parking lot across the street and pay the 20$ daily rate. -The heating and cooling is Geothermal. The AC works perfectly 95% of the time. If its unusually hot out the unit may have a little trouble keeping up to the demand. For example if its set to 22 degrees, the unit may only be able to provide a temperature of 24 degrees during the daytime due to the load requirements. In the evening when things cool off the unit will catch up to the set temperature. But, keep in mind, this type of problem is rare.

The space has been restored to preserve its traditional charm, including a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom to provide the best of both worlds. The decor is typically Montreal! Enjoy. Guests will have full access to the flat, as well as a large outdoor back deck equipped with garden furniture, a BBQ with all the tools and a full tank of propane. We run a professional clinic downstairs so are available at any time during business hours (9:00 to 18:00). After business hours, we are a phone call away. This residential neighbourhood is steps from Monkland Village, a vibrant area with restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, gourmet grocery, and trendy shops within a five-minute walk. It is a 10-minute Metro ride to downtown or Old Montreal. We are 3 minutes' walk from the Villa Maria subway stop, which connects with downtown within 5 stops. Excellent 89/100 Walk Score with a "very walkable" mention. By car, we are just next to Decarie Blvd (autoroute 15) and a 15 min drive from the airport. The downtown Central business district is just 10 minutes away. Surrounded by mature trees, the view from the apartment is of the Bell Tower of the Church on Notre-Dame-de-Grace street, and below, the tennis courts. You'll love the location.
