La villa di 280 Mq circa si trova su due piani, composta al piano terra da cucina abitabile con ampia isola in granito, sala da pranzo con tavoli in legno pregiato, soggiorno con divani, Camino e TV da 50”, un bagno di servizio, 4 camere matrimoniali arredate in stile toscano, ciascuna con bagno privato con doccia. Al primo piano un'ampia camera raffinata ed elegante con bagno privato e vasca idromassaggio. Accanto alla villa principale si trova un elegante villino in pietra di 70mq, composto da un soggiorno con divano letto e TV 50'', una cucina abitabile, due camere arredate con cura e un raffinato bagno in pietra naturale di Ardesia. Travi in castagno e pietra rendono l’ambiente ancora più autentico in perfetto stile toscano. Garantisce privacy e riservatezza.
