A little gas log stove compliments the Nest central heating, keeping it toasty even as the snow piles high. We are on a 1/2 acre with a lovely meadow just steps from the back porch. The Cabin, although conveniently located right off the highway, has plenty of space, serenity and privacy. The cabin has been fully remodeled with modern furnishings, appliances, and surfaces. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the serenity of the mountains in this cozy cabin. With a large deck for BBQ'ing and amazing windows showcasing Slate Mountain, you'll find yourself not wanting to leave the cabin. But- while you're here, a couple musts are: fishing the Tule River, hiking Dome Rock, the Needles Trail, and playing a game of pool with the locals at the Tavern down the road. Another must is seeing the Giant Sequoias at the Trail of 100 Giants. We are not near the National Parks.

Oak Haven located 3 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Walk past a beautiful Woodland Garden, down a rock staircase, toward a grape arbor leading to your new adventure! This house is perfect for family fun, quiet times of reflection, a romantic getaway. I also own Oak haven cottage that in next door to oak haven cabin, and larger house that is next door on its own 1-acre lot that's sleeps 9 and you can see it on Airbnb, and it's called Sequoia Tree House.
