One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.

A charming place, recently remodeled with tons of space. Brand new appliances, kitchenware etc. The sitting areas are on each of three floors, with the full bathroom on each floor too. Nice view on Columbia river from upstairs. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy and going to Portland downtown in non-rush hours is also easy. A lot of restaurants and activities are now in North Portland, which is even closer. Vancouver downtown is just 5 min away. Easy access from hwy14, but somewhat noisy.
