The enchanting studio Manila is part of the Biliran Paradise Sea Houses establishment, which is located on the Biliran Island. There are lots of water falls, stunning rivers, beaches, rice terraces, hot water springs on the Island. The properties are on the doorstep of Visaya sea in Agpangi circa 2km north of Naval center. During low tide sand banks and patches of pebbles appear in front of the houses, creating a beautiful and safe place for children to play as the sea level rises slowly.

The duplex cottage is in the land area of more than 4000 square meter. The size of each room is 25 square meter. It has several trees outside which give a chill feeling of relaxation. There's a Gazebo to dine or smoke. Kitchen is free of use. Very quiet place. One minute to the beach, Evolution, Exotic dive shops & 10 minutes max to other diveshop resorts. Market & Mr Kwiiz restaurant are very close with free of charge food delivery. Caretaker is always around whenever you seek help.

Self catering nipa style cottages with all the amenities available. Cottage with Netflix, aircon and hot water shower. Situated in a tranquil environment, between lush banana and palm trees, 50 meters walk to the beach where you will find the local fisherman going out every morning to catch fish the traditional way. Catch a ride with one of the local tricycle's to the nearby markado (market place), where you will find delicious fresh fruit and meat or fish for a BBQ later.
