We could not be more excited to share our little slice of heaven with Y’all! The lodge is located in Hackberry,LA just off the ship channel. Whether you are here to kick back and relax or try any of the outdoor activities only southwest Louisiana can offer this lodge is convenient to everything the area has to offer and has beautiful waterfront views of the ship canal. The lodge consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. We do offer dock and boat slip access for an extra fee.

Huge 24x30 deck over boat slip with private boat ramp. Downstairs seating with table and chairs, bathroom downstairs, fish cleaning table

Hooked On Calcasieu Waterfront Peninsula Lake Home

This is Hooked on Calcasieu, our magnificent lakefront cabin on the Calcasieu River located at the Northern mouth of Big Lake. Some of the best saltwater fishing and crabbing on the entire earth can be found here. In addition, the camp is only a 15-20 minute ride to the Lake Charles casino area and restaurants. We've looked, and there's not a better lake cabin to be found on Lake Calcasieu. Our cabin is located on a waterfront peninsula surrounded by water on three sides.

This cozy home will provide you with a comfortable, relaxed space to stay in while you travel. It's 10 minutes away from the casinos by car and a great location if you're going hunting.
