Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachboden, ist 55 Quadratmeter groß und hat einen eigenen Eingang durch das Treppenhaus, man muss NICHT durch unsere private Räume gehen. Gute Anbindung an die Stadt mit Bus, U-Bahn und S-Bahn man braucht ca. 18 Minuten. Neben der Haustür befindet sich ein Schlüsseltresor, so dass man ab 15 Uhr unabhängig von mir einchecken kann. Ich wohne nicht mehr im Haus deswegen es ist sehr wichtig alle Infos zu lesen bevor ihr kommt. Telefonisch bin ich immer erreichbar.

Alle Räume sind hell und modern eingerichtet. Das ganze Appartement ist sehr hell, ruhig und eignet sich hervorragend zum Ausruhen oder Arbeiten. Das helle und freundliche Badezimmer mit Dusche ist mit Handtüchern, Duschbad und Föhn ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es eine weitere separate Toilette.

In 3 min you find yourself in the shopping streets ;) The flat is on the ground floor. The subway (U1, U2, U3 and U6) and bus station Sendlinger Tor is around the corner. There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.
