Jasmine House|Dog loving country home|Douglas Lake

Welcome to the Jasmine House. Escape to a remodeled country house built in 1955, just outside the city limits, where you and your family can unwind and create lasting memories. Nestled on 32 wooded acres and 5 Minutes to Douglas Lake for boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming. Close to grocery and a scenic drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg. Enclosed porch, BBQ, foosball, record player, 4 Smart TVs with ROKU, WIFI, central heat, A/C. Space for up 3 vehicles. Up to 2 dogs: $75 fee per dog, per week.

Artsy Country Project

The inside of this home has been decorated in collaboration with a local artist with original pieces and mural wall with an enchanted garden theme. The grounds are still a work in progress but guest are welcome to cut herbs from the porch pet the animals, including goats, and enjoy fresh rainbow eggs from the colorful crew of chickens they can watch free ranging in the field below the house. The owner lives in an adjoining unit with a separate entrance ready to quickly assist with any issues.

Welcome to our cozy tiny home cabin, nestled in the tranquil Incredible Tiny Home community just outside the breathtaking Cherokee National Forest in the Smoky Mountains. Perfect for a peaceful escape, our cabin sleeps 3 and is equipped with all the creature comforts to ensure a memorable experience. One queen bed in the main upstairs loft, a twin bed in the downstairs bedroom and an additional twin in the 2nd upstairs loft. If you’re looking for a unique experience, you’ve found the home!

Lake View Cottage on Douglas Lake/ lake access

Totally remodeled home with gorgeous lake views and stunning sunsets along with lake access. Newly remodeled and freshly painted with all new appliances, new mattresses and bedding, new wrap around deck, new fire pit, new flooring, and lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy the views of the lake and amazing sunsets. The home is nestled in a family oriented campground with wildlife close by. *Note* typically between September and March the lake levels are down.

Sunset Pointe Douglas Lake Cabin

This cozy true log cabin has sunset views from every room! The lake is great during the summer months. It is a reservoir so fall and winter it recedes but the lake isn't the only thing that makes our place special. The lake starts to leave out of our lagoon beginning of September but there are several boat ramps and docks in the area to still enjoy the lake. There is also lots to do in the area with Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Knoxville not far away!
