This traditional 3 bedroom/1 bath home is just 500 feet from Cape Cod Canal Bikeway where you can bike, fish, walk, sit, watch the boats and the marine wildlife. Swim at Monument Beach or Mashnee Island Beach, eat seafood at the popular Lobster Trap, and treat yourself at the Whistlestop Ice Cream stand--all within 5 miles from the house!

There is wonderful bird watching in the back yard. This is a famous striped bass fishing spot. The 7 mile bike and walking trail on the canal is steps away. You may see a whale,dolphin or seals traveling through. There is a side covered porch and a very large back deck which is south facing.
