Swing in the hammock on the covered porch while listening to bird's, ospreys, & an occasional bald eagle on the creek. Kayak to the Rappahannock rivah from the dock. Walk or take a bike ride into the town of Urbanna for shopping, dining, entertainment, museum's, marinas, farmers markets, bands on 2nd Saturdays & so much more. We are 1 mile from town center. Many surrounding towns offer wineries, events, etc.

This house is perfect for a family getaway on the water. It looks over the Rappahannock river and is located 15 minutes from the nearest town: Tappahannock. With a sandy shore, a refinished dock, and all the floats you can handle, Changing Tide feels like a beach vacation without the crowds. Crabbing, fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing our house has everything you need and something for everyone. With a full kitchen and central air you can play all day and feel like you are home at night.

Beautiful sunsets, great for kayaking etc., this home is located right in Parrots Creek and opens up to the Rappahannock river. Often times in the summer dolphins and their babies visit the creek and river to feed. Paddling or boating with them is one of the best experiences!
