Lightfoot Horse Farm Guest House

Hello! Come stay at the Lightfoot Horse Farm Guest House! We are located twenty minutes outside of Chico, in the rural community of Cohasset. Here you’ll find a working horse farm with ten horses, lots of open space to roam about, a yoga deck, and a peaceful little abode in which to get a quiet's night sleep. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

Private 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with office and Wi-Fi on 17 secluded acres in the pines near Collins Lake and Bullards Bar. Solar powered with well water and gated access. This is a shared, working property with four active commercial greenhouses with vegetables gardens and periodic caretaker presence. Greenhouse areas are not accessible. Access requires a high-clearance 4WD vehicle and a scheduled meet-up for guided arrival. Best suited for independent, rural-minded guests.

We have two small children, so the place is setup for mellow family groups to relax and enjoy family time. We do not accept bookings of large youthful groups. No extra people on the property.
