Couples and their pets love the cottage! Privately situated on 2 acres, conveniently located 10 - 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to Weaverville. Cozy, charming, unique, the cottage provides a fully equipped kitchen, mosaic tile bath with walk-in shower, and clever use of recycled materials. Fenced pet approved yard ($50 one time fee covers 2 pet max), with outdoor dining, BBQ grill and fire pit. A relaxing oasis after hiking and exploring the beauty and charm of Western NC.

The Understory: Cabin with Outdoor Tub and Sauna

Welcome to The Understory. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. The comfortable living space includes a rain shower, king sized bed in a lofted sleeping area, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is a large deck with a table and chairs, a luxurious soaking bathtub, and a patio equipped with a fire pit and propane grill.

This fully updated bohemian abode is nestled at the end of a quiet street, offering respite & privacy while being 5 - 10 minutes from the best parts of Asheville (River Arts District, Downtown, West AVL, North AVL & Bear Lake). Offering convenience to amenities, breweries, music venues, outdoor activities, and all the amazing restaurants that the area has to offer.

The RhodoDen

As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away. Plus we are pet friendly! Update 3/24: We built a roof!

Rustic Birch Cabin - Fenced Yard / Dog Friendly!

Come submerge yourself in nature and enjoy our Rustic Birch Cabin. The cabin is located in the woods but is conveniently located close to (5 mins) the interstate, shops, and grocery stores. It is fully equipped with a full kitchen, double bed - bedroom, bathroom, private screened-in porch and fenced-in yard for your sweet pup! Enjoy a coffee or craft beer in front of the toasty propane log fireplace or while listening to the sounds of native birds and wildlife on the back porch.

You can spend your evenings relaxing by the fire or venture out into the area where there is lots to see and do. Asheville is only a few minutes away and is home to some of the best restaurants you can find. Arts, crafts, shopping etc. are at your fingertips as well as tons of hiking trails.

Blue Heron Hideaway at French Broad River Farms

Start your day with a beautiful sunrise over the river- breathing fresh mountain air and listening to the river roar. You have access to our quaint farm, so spend your morning hiking, fishing, and meeting the animals! With just a quick drive, you can adventure to surrounding towns to experience the culture of WNC before returning to your private, peaceful sanctuary. Wind down for the evening with Biltmore wine or some local craft brews. Fully stocked for pups, too!

1 Mile To Downtown Asheville, Dog Friendly

Newly renovated bathroom! Located just one mile north of downtown Asheville. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. Steps away from an urban Greenway for dog walking and bike riding. The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.

This unique place has a style all its own. Welcome to the StAy FrAme, a brand new home that is centrally located between Asheville and Black Mountain! Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a full kitchen. Catch the sunset from the hot tub or relax in the barrel sauna after a long hike! Enjoy cool mountain evenings in front of the gas fireplace or the solo stove on the patio! There is also a fenced yard for your furry friends-dogs only please ($75 pet fee)

Cabin Kisa

This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin is a BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ safe space, partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel.

The Starling: A Small A-Frame in the Blue Ridge

Feel the mountain breeze in this air inspired rustic A-Frame. Atop the ridge, enjoy year-round views of the mountains from the back porch. Hike up Rhododendron Ridge Trail or cozy up by the wood stove with a book. Start a campfire or listen to the sounds of Bee Tree Creek in the hammock. Nightlife, food, coffee and breweries in Asheville or Black Mountain are 15 minutes away. It's an hour to Great Smokey Mountains National Park!
