Great for two small families as this deal is a two for one, with a separate full apartment (with kitchen and bath) next to the cottage. Only 10 minutes to Marmora. Lots to do close by.

You can fish at any season and sail your boat during the summer! We are also minutes away from the Cooks Bay Marina where you can rent boats and canoes. It's a great place to enjoy it with friends and family! ( Not a lakefront home)
