This Guest house is a Fantastic Place to rest and relax. Set on 10 beautiful acres overlooking pastures with Cows, Horses, and Chickens. We have an isolated feel but are just minutes from Hwy 11 and Interstate 20. The guest house has its own private deck with fantastic pastoral views. There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. The loft above has a full size bed. * No Smoking on the property*

Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

The Portico cabin, built in the 1870's, is cozy, rustic and carefully preserved. It is ideal for a couples getaway, small family staycation or solo retreat to escape everyday life and connect with nature. Relax on the porch rockers or cozy up by the wood stove, surrounded by books. Enjoy the cabin and surrounding 60 acres, featuring walking trails, fishing pond, a large fire pit, river access with canoes, and historic church, The Portico. 1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

Guest Suite in Historic Covington

Enjoy a unique experience at The Pirate House guest suite in historic Covington. Located in a beautifully decorated circa 1910, New Orleans style home. Just a half mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

Cabin-like 1 bedroom

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
