Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

The house is in a 2-min. walk from the Central Station and the Grand-Place, also near an underground public parking (the daily rate is 22€). The unit is accessible by elevator. Comfort, elegance, space, location, equipment are just a a few words to summarise this astonishing apartment right in the "hype" spot of Brussels. One very large bedroom facing the inner court (very quiet) with the bathroom imbedded in it. A separate toilet. A totally open space with kitchen, living room dining room all in one very large area. The sofa bed in the living room has an extra mattress for a better comfort.
