The Hidden Gem

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

This is a great location to get to know the Greater Binghamton area - minutes from Binghamton University, SUNY Broome, downtown, Chenango Valley State Park. Visit with or entertain your whole family in a comfortable, safe area. Gas fireplace, beautiful two person jacuzzi tub, newly renovated kitchen. Privacy-Country Apartment

We try our best to create a home for travelers and this is perfect for business travelers, couples, small families, LGBTQ friendly, solo travelers. We are very country and have visitors of the animal-type that visit such as turkeys and deer. We have cats and dogs in other areas of the building but not in the apartment.
