The home has been well considered to ensure the magical river and bushland views are showcased from all areas of the home, inside and out. Enjoy watching the sunset from the comfort of the lounge or from one of the 4 decks. The house has its own jetty and pontoon can easily accommodate boats and is ideal for water skiers.

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Cottage Point Adults Waterfront Retreat

The Deckhouse, Cottage Point is less than an hour from Sydney CBD. Hidden away on the fringe of Sydney and nestled within Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park at Cottage Point (Sydney's Northern Beaches). This two bedroom home rests on the banks of Cowan Creek and is available for those wishing to enjoy the beauty of the area. Bush walk, fish, hire a boat, kayak, enjoy beautiful meals from the local restaurants or simply lay on the daybed and watch the boats go by.

Situated 40 metres from the creek in the beautiful fishing village of Patonga. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.
