Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Belfast City Park Ocean House

Welcome to an exquisite retreat nestled on a tranquil dead-end lane in the thriving coastal City of Belfast. With private access to Belfast City Park and Ocean, this charming space offers unparalleled serenity, boasting breathtaking views of Penobscot Bay and beyond. The meticulously manicured grounds offer an ideal setting for relaxation and outdoor entertaining, with the added allure of explorations along the shoreline or tennis/pickleball courts at park/year round hot tub. No parties.

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

Hulls Cove Cottage

Settled right outside Hulls Cove Village and its entrance to Acadia National Park, this lovely, cozy cottage is minutes from downtown Bar Harbor and its shopping, restaurants, kayaking and other activities. Newly finished single-floor home close to everything in Blue Hill. Open floor concept, large windows and view of Blue Hill itself from the front porch make this a comfortable place to hang out or base out of for day trips. Everything is within reach with either a short drive, a lovely walk or bike ride, including hiking trails, the ocean, Blue Hill mountain, restaurants, a coffee shop, and boutique shops, as well as the Blue Hill Co-Op and Tradewinds for your grocery needs.

Peaceful retreat on Newbury Neck

This cozy, quiet cabin is the perfect retreat. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with all the amenities. Bike or drive to Carrying Place Beach and the local lobster shack. Soak in the outdoor hot tub. Enjoy the views of Acadia National Park to the East. 25 mile drive to MDI. Jack is also a licensed boat Captain through the U.S. Coast Guard and offers a discounted sail charter to our guests aboard our 36 ft. Catalina, Luna. Or hop on our lobster boat to watch the sunrise over Acadia!
