5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. Sealport Ocean Cottage is a magical place with sparkly days and starry nights! Beautiful ocean views of Seal Cove, Blue Hill Bay on the "Quietside" of this island. Rustic, family owned for 60+ years, this comfy, quiet summer only cottage is all yours to enjoy sunsets, days on the porch, woods and seashore near Acadia National Park. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturdays only: check-in 4pm or later, check-out 10am, with 5 safety hours between guests for professional cleanings, relax & enjoy!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

This beautiful, light-filled cottage on waterfront property on the western side of Mount Desert Island has picturesque views of the Mount Desert Narrows and access to a private pebble beach. The house is on very secluded wooded property for a nice private getaway. All you will hear are the sounds of birds and waves lapping up on the beach. Just a short drive to all that Acadia National Park has to offer!

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
