Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

'Osprey's Nest' is close to East of Highway 17, 1 mile from the beach. Close to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. A few miles from Murrells Inlet, historic Georgetown, and of course Myrtle Beach.. You’ll love my place because of Convenient to attractions, but away from the Myrtle bustle. Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown.
