You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. It is a very short walk down a bush track at the entrance to the driveway to stunning Clareville Beach.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.

Koonora is a lovely, modern self-contained 2-bedroom apartment with beautiful views over Brisbane Water. Small, well behaved pets (and children!) are welcome (the property has an enclosed, sheltered courtyard).
