The location is central, 5 minutes from the national park and Ghosttown, on the main highway. Each cabin has a full kitchen with all cooking essentials. A wrap-around deck on three sides with patio furniture, a covered pergola, & a firepit. We have a clubhouse with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcades, darts & more. We have 12 rentals in total for large groups to stay together.

We have 12 rentals in total for large groups to stay together.

Chili Pepper Inn Room No. 1

Apartment style motel room centrally located near the entrance of Big Bend National Park and about 5 miles to the center of Terlingua Ghost town. Located off a paved main road, easily accessible for any vehicle type and within walking distance to some of the main businesses and restaurants in town. NOTE during our busier seasons, the internet can lag some. Also, this is an older building, and the walls are thin. Please be aware of this before booking and considerate of neighbors.

Studio 410

Studio 410 is a tiny hideaway mere blocks from downtown. You feel like batman as you drive down the alley and pull into your own secret covered parking! Enjoy your shaded outdoor area surrounded by a privacy fence or chill out in the studio’s living area. There’s a small kitchen with everything you need for light cooking as well as a charcoal grill. The cozy sleeping loft is up a ladder, it has windows, a window unit ac and a queen-sized bed. It’s cute but funky, y’all!

Texana Cottage

Texana Cottage is a charming home away from home with a king size bed in the bedroom, and a day bed that would accommodate one additional guest in the living area. Outdoors is a private patio with gas grill and dining area for enjoying the quiet evenings. The covered carport allows parking for one vehicle. Loft 4 - Downtown, ground level

Located in the heart of downtown Alpine Texas this private ground level loft-style unit is the perfect place to scout out the city, explore the surrounding towns of Marfa and Fort Davis, and discover the beauty of Big Bend National Park. The building was constructed between 1908 and 1912 and features original tin ceilings, and funky plaster, funky windows, and it is located on the end of the building! Bed is a king, futon is 3/4 size.

Candelilla Cottage

Candelilla Cottage is a relaxing home away from home that features a king size bed in a well appointed bedroom as well as private bathroom, well equipped kitchen and dining room. Outdoors is a private patio with gas grill and a dining area. This property is within walking distance to area restaurants and shopping. Wayfarers’ Cottage
