Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

This is our wooden shack, hidden away in our little corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Centrally located in Diss on the Norfolk/ Suffolk border. 5-10 minute walk to local amenities, including the Corn Hall, local pubs and restaurants. It is also ideal for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. Walnut Tree Cabin is set within the grounds of our home. It is completely private, with a separate entrance and parking. After having many holidays with Air bnb we wanted to use that experience to create a wonderful holiday home.

Green Dragon Cottage is set in a quiet backroad just North of Diss (10 minutes), sitting at the gateway to the picturesque Waveney Valley. The cottage sleeps up to five guests and is created from former stables and blacksmiths forge. The conversion retains many historic features including wooden beams and pamment tiles, yet with modern amenities including WiFi and underfloor heated bathroom. The cottage has a private entrance, parking and is ideal for families, sat in our peaceful 3.5 acres.

Reserved for 2 adults only, the bell tent is designed for simple but luxurious comfort, with a super-kingsize bed, bespoke wooden furniture, and snug seating. There is a wood burning stove for cosy nights in, and all the kit you need to prepare a meal for two. There is also a fire-pit for tranquil evenings, flame-gazing, and barbecuing.
