Guests enjoy a modern double bedroom looking upstream onto the river. In addition, tea and coffee making facilities are provided together with smart tv. Immediately off the bedroom is a good sized ensuite with shower. Continental breakfast is included.

Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

Guests will have the use of a bathroom, which is sometimes shared with another guest bedroom

The Deer room; a Cosy Hide, in Burley, New Forest

The Deer room is situated in the roof space above our carport in the garden of our cottage in Burley, New Forest National Park. The double room with ensuite shower is private and peaceful. There will be tea and coffee making facilities in the room (along with a packet of biscuits), and water and milk in the fridge. The village of Burley is just a 10 min walk and has lots of tea rooms and small cafes serving coffee and croissants or the full English breakfast if you wish.

April Cottage B & B and Lapland Lodge B & B (separate listing) offer 1 Double en suite, 1 Twin with private bath room and a Lodge for 3 - 4 people offering luxury camping (separate cabin with WC and Belfast sink with hot and cold water, no shower). Fondue or Raclette evenings in cottage (winter only) in front of burning wood burner. In summer breakfasts in garden. Large garden offering several tables with chairs and long chairs for relaxation.
