We are very excited to share with you, our completed cottage! Built in 2023, this modern fully furnished cottage is a little oasis in a small fishing community. We can't wait to share our little piece of paradise with you while you enjoy your stay at It's A Shore Thing. This cottage will not disappoint. Its cozy, comfortable and relaxing. By the harbor, you will enjoy the salt water & air as you watch the boats pass by. Its a very clean, quiet environment and you can make wonderful memories.

Our clean waterways, trails and backroads offer a getaway unlike no other. The UNESCO HERITAGE SITE of the Bras d'or Lakes and the Village of St. Peter's are just 4 miles away.

A boulder-studded wall rises up towards a stone walkway, which is fitted with an integrated fire pit. The outdoor hot tub & seasonal outdoor shower are located next to the cottage deck.

Beautifully restored 1800's home on historic Isle Madame. This very friendly Acadian region is connected by a bridge to Cape Breton and is perfect for relaxing, sightseeing , hiking, and water activities. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent at nearby Groundswell Pub. Shopping conveniently located on Isle Madame, and in nearby Port Hawkesbury. The calm water in front of the cottage allows for fantastic reflections, and has earned this cottage its name "Reflection Bay".

Don’t forget the hot tub, kayaking, clam digging, fishing off the wharf, and nearby hiking. Includes excellent internet, BBQ, washer/dryer, linens, and most condiments.
