We love Margate and we think that our apartment in the Old Town is a perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to offer. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful, flint walled c18th building in the heart of Margate's Old Town. Step out of the door and you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Also, the apartment is a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach, in fact you can see the sea when you look down the street from the master bedroom!

Our apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet road with the sea at one end and the town at the other. Leave the car on the drive and within a 5 minute walk you can be paddling in the sea, eating ice cream, sipping a coffee, dining on the sea front, surfing in Viking Bay, browsing the shops and markets, watching a film at the Palace Cinema or enjoying live music with a beer. This clean, comfortable and brilliantly situated apartment is the perfect place to enjoy Broadstairs and beyond!

Built in the 1780s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.
