Pets are allowed $ 50 per Pet. Lake House can accommodate several Families. It has 3 Living areas Plus Big 45' Wood Deck. Fenced Yard for Pets or Children.

Sun Perch on the Brazos River Access

This tiny cabin on the banks of the Brazos River is a perfect getaway and is located 20 miles from Waco and Baylor University. Enjoy views of the peaceful river and abundant wildlife while relaxing on the deck and sipping your favorite beverage. The deck has outdoor seating, a grill, fire pit and an ice cooler. The cabin is comfortably equipped with a queen bed and queen sofa for a restful sleep. Other items include a television, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric griddle.

Your family will enjoy their stay at our nautical themed getaway. It is located in a quite, peaceful community within walking distance of Walling Bend Park on Lake Whitney. We are a 15 min drive from historic Clifton, and about a 40 min drive from Waco- where Magnolia Silos and Heritage Village are located. Our close proximity to the lake allows you easy access to a boat ramp, swimming, fishing, tubing, boating, cliff jumping, and just enjoying the water. Come- Rest, relax and unwind!

The Knotted Knoll Cottage near Lake Whitney

Experience the beginning of hill country atop the Mesa Grande. Break from City Life Grab a drink and relax on the Knoll's patio that overlooks the Brazos River valley or lounge in a hammock nestled under live oaks. Adventure Gear up and hit the river. We have two kayaks available to explore the Brazos or just dive in. Lake Whitney is just 5 minutes away to swim, boat, or ski. Make Memories Grab some marshmallows and share stories around the fire pit or snooze in our organic linens.

Apartment downstairs from hosts home. Living room, bathroom,kitchen/dining area, 1 bedroom, back porch with hot tub. In a quiet residential neighborhood on Lake Whitney. Back porch has wooded scenery, there is a small rocky beach 3 houses down. PLEASE OBSERVE HOUSE RULES BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are welcome PLEASE ASK BEFOREHAND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN AFTER THEM ; ie pet hair : vacuum before you leave - a charge will be assessed other wise Water to entire apartment is filtered.

The Brazos River Getaway

A warm welcoming cabin with a beautiful view tucked away in the woods. The cabin has access to the Brazos river with a public boat ramp, located less than 1/2 a mile away. This cabin sleeps 8-10 people, with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. This charming cabin offers an amazing wrap-around porch, and a great walkout basement. There is also a lower lever patio perfect for grilling out, hanging out with the family, playing games, and cooking s'mores on a fully stocked fire pit.

The 1,806 square foot house is secluded and cannot be seen from the county road, ensuring your privacy. As you unwind on the wraparound porch, savor your morning coffee or marvel at the starry night sky. You may even be serenaded by coyotes in the distance.

Meaning "Up High" in Swahili, Mata Z'amo cabin is perched on a cliffside lending our guests epic views of the hill country. Enjoy dark skies, wolves howling at dusk from Fossil Rim, and over 20 miles of hiking trails. Sleeps up to 8- 2 bunkbeds & upstairs master loft with a queen & trundle bed.
