New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

The location is great to explore Stockholm. Quiet, charming area, only 15-20 min walk to Stureplan in the city center and great communications nearby. Also very close to Djurgården and parks Humlegården and Hagaparken. The studio apartment has its own entrance and consists of a spacious hallway, bedroom and bathroom. Hjärtligt välkommen till vår mysiga lägenhet i ett lugnt område nära Stockholm. På gångavstånd finns både sjö och hav, fin natur, en bra restaurang (The Old Smokehouse) och en matbutik. Bra kommunikationer till Stockholm. Busshållplatsen ligger i slutet av gatan och det tar 20–30 min att ta sig till och från Slussen. Vi är en svensk-fransk familj som även pratar tyska och engelska. På förfrågan finns även möjlighet att beställa frukost och att hyra cykel.

In this apartment you can stay 2 persons and a third small one. The apartment is settled 40 meters from the sea with our private jetty where it is beautiful to watch the sunset or go swimming. We have wifi (fiber) good for streaming.
