Wir haben in unserem Haus eine 110qm Wohnung für 4 Personen. Im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern hängt jeweils ein 50 Zoll LCD TV mit NETFLIX & Amazon Zugang. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und das große Badezimmer mit Dusche lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Die benutzung von unserem Schwimmbad (6-21 Uhr) ist natürlich möglich wie auch bei uns morgens zu Frühstücken. Beides ist im Preis enthalten. Die Sauna ist ein Privatbereich und kostet 15€ pro 3 Stunden und Person

The apartment is very bright and sunny. The city center, old town, Rhine promenade, Schauspielhaus and the Opera are within a few minutes walking distance.

Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni, Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

Our apartement is situated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a separate entrance and a patio where you can sit outside, weather permitting. You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
