The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

Relax in your own romantic oasis with a queen bedroom, private bathroom with freestanding bath and shower, a separate study/ studio with work area, and a kitchenette and laundry. Lounge in comfort in the spacious living room opening onto a large sunny deck overlooking the luscious native garden. Everything is provided for your comfort, including a light continental breakfast, coffee, tea and snacks, fluffy robes top quality bedding, sheets and towels. Depending on availability we are happy to discuss early access and/or later departure times. This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!
