This unique gypsy wagon accommodation at Ranch 3232 is located just 1.5 miles from the entrance of nearby Pedernales Falls State Park. Aptly named the Bird House, it has a double bed, air conditioning, private deck with rocking chairs, and a firepit area with Adirondack chairs and BBQ grill. You also get full access to the community kitchen, bathhouse, laundry, and other amenities. Take advantage of the scenic overlook facing west for spectacular sunsets and Hill Country vistas.

Have a fun camping experience at Ranch 3232, 1.5 miles from Pedernales Falls State Park. This back in RV site is 16' Wide X 17' long with 50 and 30 Amp electric, Water and Septic. Our sustainable campground offers RV sites, campsites, cabins and glamping tents. There is a community area with grill, fire pit and kitchen for communal outdoor cooking. Our bathhouse has 4 private restrooms and showers with a vanity in each. We offer a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Open Range Camper: 2 Bedrm for 4 with kitchen

Our Open Range Camper is a private gem. This space features a queen bed in the front bedroom and 2 twins in the rear of the camper. There's a full kitchen, banquette dining and seating. It's fully heated and cool and has WIFI, microwave, fridge, stocked coffee bar, hairdryer, iron & board. Fresh linens and soft towels included. Easy parking next to camper. This camper is tucked inside a fenced area and is our most cost-efficient lodging option.

Nothing fancy to see here, just a little ride on the School of Magic Bus! We are doing our best to work with Nature as we create our home and open our 14 acres of raw beautiful land to guests. We have a yoga dome, tipi, disc golf, hammocks, trails, fossil hunting, a Spring (rain dependent), etc! The Bus sits on the edge of a hill overlooking the Texas Hill Country. The land provides an opportunity to connect with Nature.
