New and spacious holiday home located in Lønstrup

Welcome to this new, bright, and inviting holiday home located in a newer scenic area in Lønstrup—perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy nature from the terrace or the hot tub. The house accommodates 8 people and offers a lovely atmosphere with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. In the evening, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy the warm summer evening, even as the dew begins to fall. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Please note that the holiday home is located on a natural plot, and therefore the grass around the house will not be mowed.   Activities and Experiences in the Area Lønstrup is a charming holiday home area with activities and experiences for all ages. Ældre charmerende stuehus som vi har restaureret og beholdt indretningen i retrostil. Ligger midt i Bjergbys dejlige bakkede natur. Rige muligheder for gode gå ture.Eller ren afslapning.Huset er vældig hyggeligt og indeholder opvaskemaskine microovn kaffemaskine elkeddel køleskab og komfur. 2,5 km til indkøb af mad Der er sengelinned . Max 10 km til skov og strand. Der er ingen fjernsyn. Huset opvarmes med brændeovn. Elmåler aflæses ved start samt ved afrejse. Rygning i huset ikke tilladt.

This charming and spacious 117 m2 townhouse offers you to stay in a very central location in Hjørring with shops, restaurants, cultural venues etc. no more than a 10 min walk away. Also, you will find the location to be very quiet - giving you best conditions for a good night's sleep. The house is part of J. P. Jacobsens Købmandsgård dating back to 1854 and is renovated to a high standard. It is furnished with a mix of antiques and modern danish design furniture. The kitchen is fully equiped.

Med skoven som nabo og lige hvor indlandsklitterne starter ligger dette arkitekttegnede hus fra 2005, som indbyder til ro og nydelse. Husets store glaspartier skaber et malerisk sceneri, hvor skyerne driver hen over himlen og trækker solnedgangen ind i huset. Feriehuset ligger tilbagetrukket og for sig selv men samtidigt kun med 2 km til Nørlev strand, 3 km til Skallerup Seaside Resort og 6 km til Lønstrup. Mod syd er udsigten over indlandsklitterne i Skallerup og mod vest udsigten mod havet.

Lejligheden har egen indgang og ligger i forlængelse af vores hjem, men er helt privat. Som bonus er der handlet ind til morgenmaden 1. dag, og vi sørger for alt fra linned og håndklæder til sæbe og shampoo.

Newly renovated holiday appartment on 1st floor in the manageres house in an old diary in the countryside. The appartments design is a mix of old and new in a little bit romantic style. It is placed in the middle of the beautifull and hilly nature, and there are several lovely beaches at the West Coast within 10 km. Please notice that there will be no surcharge for cleaning, as you have to clean it yourselv before leaving the appartment. You also have to bring your own linen and towels.

Havhytten

Sommerhuset, som er beliggende i 1. række ved Vesterhavet nord for Lønstrup, er yderst velindrettet med udsigt til havet på 3 af husets sider. Der er ca. 40 kvm. terrasse rundt om huset, hvor der er rig mulighed for at finde læ. Der er ca. 900 meter til Lønstrup By på sti langs vandet og fantastiske badestrande inden for ganske få minutters gang. Lønstrup går under navnet lille-skagen pga. sine mange gallerier og stemning. Der er gode indkøbsmuligheder og cafémiljø.

Lejlighed ved Hjørring, tæt på E39, naturskøn

Flot lejlighed i naturskønne omgivelser på 1. sal i egen bygning på 83 kvm. Dejlig terrasse med udsigt Lejligheden ligge 8 min. fra Hjørring midtby og 5 min fra motorvej E39. Hirtshals er 20 min væk. Lejligheden har egen indgang over garage. Der er entre, soveværelse, køkken, badeværelse og stor stue. Der er fra hele lejligheden en flot udsigt over landskabet. Der er opvaskemaskine i køkkenet. Der kan lejes sengetøj og håndklæder for 150 danske kr. pr. person.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, mit einem separatem Eingang für Gäste, über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen, nur für mobile Personen geeignet. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist Bindslev 4 km entfernt. Strände in Tversted oder Uggerby mit Auto in 10-12 Minuten erreichbar. Hirtshals liegt 19 km entfernt. Nach Absprache besteht die Möglichkeit Pferde mitzubringen.
