Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging.

Soak up the modern and vintage charm of the Innkeepers Quarters at Witmer Estate! The 2nd floor bedroom & bath have just been renovated to add a luxurious tile shower and soaking tub, newly redesigned bedroom w Smart TV creating a beautiful 2nd floor suite. Hot tub open all year. The Innkeepers Quarters is attached to the main house but is a completely private unit. (Please note some noise can be heard through the walls) Close to area attractions, Sight and Sound Theaters, The Amish Village.

Complete privacy in the backyard with fire-pit and grown pine trees with multiple bird houses. The surrounding grounds have many flowering perennial bushes, annuals and interesting details. The driveway has space to park at least three vehicles. You will have plenty of opportunities to experience the simple way of living.
