The Baby Blue Cottage, featured in Season 3 of Fixer Upper has a fun ecklectic vibe and so many unique design features. The house boasts an open concept kitchen, bonus sunroom/living space with daybed and an isolated master bedroom. Joanna’s design has been painstakingly recreated to closely match her original furnishings and feel. The house is on a quiet tree lined street, a short 7 minute drive to the Silos. Close to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, Cameron Park and Baylor University.

This home is perfect for you to relax and unwind after exploring everything Waco has to offer or if you would like to attend any of Baylor’s many functions. Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in.
